Do You Have a Sleepwalker in Your House?

A little while back now my seven and a half year old son Jacob started sleepwalking! It came out of no-where so we were a bit surprised. After gently supporting him back to bed for a few nights I figured it was time to bring out the big guns! Enter ----- liquid sleep, also known as vetiver. Vetiver has a rich, exotic, complex aroma which has a calming and grounding effect on the emotions!
I diluted this oil and then rubbed it down his spine in soft downward strokes, avoiding going up and down rigorously as that would stimulate the nervous system, and on the soles of his feet before bedtime to promote a restful night’s sleep. And guess what? The day I started to do this, he only woke up once briefly as opposed to 5-8 times the previous few nights! Another win for my oils! It wasn't long until he stopped the sleep walking completely. It still pops up every now and then but it's great to know we've got the oils in our toolkit ready to go anytime they are needed!
Have you tried doTERRA's vetiver oil?
This oil has a beautiful co-impact story too. When you choose to purchase doTERRA vetiver oil you are supporting the community of farmers in Haiti in the Caribbean where our support is much needed.

P.S. I rub any leftover on the back of MY neck, Mmmmmm so nice!!
